Here is what happens when you try to search for threads on cv joint issues. The search filter should really let that one thru. No one types out constant velocity joints!

The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search: cv

 

try using a google search. you can use as short of words as you'd like.

example:
in google search box: 'site:evolutionm.net cv joint'

For site feedback...I think that maybe they should eliminate the feature where it won't let you search for short words.

You can put an asterisk before the word, after the word, or both. That works for me when I search for 'P2' or something similar. I just did it with 'cv', though, and came up with a whole bunch of stuff. So, it's not perfect, but it works.

 

The problem is that you get searches for words like Evo, IX, MR, etc which end up getting 10,000+ hits. It's a lot of demand on the servers to sort through and index those types of searches.

 

We need to have a block list.
