Unable to add car to Registry

I have been trying to add my car to the registry and I hit Submit and it comes back with the same page with all of my info still in the fields. What gives?

I hope you get this worked out because I love the registry. I can't believe more people don't use it to keep tabs on their car.

i just added my car to the registry to spite you joe. perhaps it doesn't work for you due to your CMU education, haha.
