can't post in the for sale thread

can't post in the for sale thread
i've been a member of this site for about five months already and i'm just wondering why i can't post on the for sale thread. there's a couple of things that i want to buy from there but i do have some questions to ask to the seller. and the problem is i can't post any reply. it says that " my user account may not have sufficient privilages to use this........... can somebody help me? thanks!

Why Can't I Post in the For Sale Forum(s)?
If you have read the announcement, then you would be fully aware of the prerequisites that are needed. The prerequisites are as follows:
- Be a Registered Member for at least 30 Days.
- Have at least 50 ON-TOPIC posts.
If you meet BOTH above requirements, and still have trouble posting, contact the administrator.
I know you're all anxious about posting in the For Sale Forum. Keep in mind, when you reach the requirements, the system will need time to modify your account!
