I sent a member on here money for springs he never sent. The member's name is neria.

He still has that ad up and another for sale ad. Can you a least take them down so he can't get anyone elses money? Here is the thread I replied to. It also lists his other for sale ad.

hope you paid with paypal, at least then you can get your money back.

 

I got exactly .55 cents back with Paypal. I did use my credit card and they are more helpful than Paypal.

The moral of the story is, use your credit card through Paypal...if that would have come from my back account, the 55 cents is all I would have be refunded.

 

I am finding out neria has stolen from others on here as well...why can he continue to have his for sale ads up?

 

Yours was the only negative feedback on his trader rating. That (sadly) is the only real tool we have to protect members. If others have PMed you that they were also ripped off, those users need to give neria a negative feedback.

 

I also got ripped off by a member who sold me a non genuine wing the screen name is Silex He sold me a $115 dollar ebay wing for $228 and pretended he didn't know.
Is there anyone out there who could not tell the difference between an original and immitation wing

The wing was replaced under warranty due to clearcoat issues two months ago and I was told that these newer batches of 05 wings use more and thicker coats allowing them to take the elements better. Some background info on the wing. I traded it locally for my 06 GSR black wing with the hopes of someday stripping the paint off the sides and getting a full carbon fiber wing re-clearcoated. Can't seem to find the time nor the space to this myself so I've decided to just stay wingless.

As long as we allow for sale/buy threads, there will be disagreements, misunderstandings, lazy shippers, forgetful sellers and flat out thievery. Use of the trader rating is a key to catching problems early.
