I'll be the first to admit that I haven't been on too much lately, but the times I do log on I usually go right to the "Members currently logged on" list and read posts from some of the people who are normally on when I'm on.
But... I noticed today the list is gone. (not sure when it disappeared) Any reason why?
I suppose I could search for the member, go to their profile, wait 15 seconds and search for their posts, but it was much easier to accomplish the same thing before with less clicks and less waiting.
