"muppet" forum?

In recent weeks there have been some people (especially one in particular) that have "distiguished" themselves with a blatant disregard of common knowledge and ignorance (well, actually it should be called stupidity). I suggest a part of this forum for these people that have nothing to contribute except for absolutely garbled messages that are hard to decipher. Is it possible to limit people to a certain part of the forum, so that their ridiculous mutterings are still with us? Everybody knows who I'm talking about, but I have the fear that the person won't understand that I'm talking about him, so I'll spell it out: evo penguin, I'm talking about YOU!

An alternative is to just boot the ppl out of the forum altogether. Give them a fair chance to get back into good graces but, know if they continue to F up then, their gone for good.

I'd prefer not to get COMPLETELY involved on this topic, but I think the rest of the mods know how I feel

Give him a break. He seems to be getting better. He even seems to do a little research before he posts now, although I have been away for a few days, so I don't know if I missed something good.

Wait a sec. What am I doing? Oh my god, I'm defending him! Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!
