Basically if you are having an issue with a vendor we need to step in initially. The reason for it is to weed out the bogus claims because we get alot of them. Now I don't know what exactly happened with your situation but I think if you follow the list in the thread I just linked then you have a better chance to resolve your problem. After we helped and the vendor is still at fault then you can post your experience so others know, but until then please follow our process. In the end it will help get your issue resolved faster. It also helps us keep track this things in a more organized manor.
i agree with that, and that is what we did.... vendor was contacted, charles was contacted, vendor said he'd handle it, and he did in the most shady of ways...

charles is on it now again i guess.... so i guess he will do something

Charles will do something. You have to be patient. I know it is a frustrating ordeal but you have to realize we are at least trying to do what we can to help you.

Okay I will take a look and see if I can help. Just do me a favor, try pm'ing me first so I can catch on the situation. I know I'm the admin but I can't keep track of everything that goes on here. It just makes it easier for me to help when you pm then turning it into a 2 page thread.

keep us posted on the outcome! I was able to read the thread before it was deleted and really if that was true, it should be addressed.

No problem. You all have to be nice to Charles. He is here to help you all and he is only one person helping many. It gets frustrating sometimes because he has to be the middleman and usually gets yelled at from both sides.

I disagree. At no time was I unprofessional or uncivil even when you attempted to defame my character and that of the staff. Insulted and expressing distaste for your conduct is not being uncivil. Please show more respect for the people that put a tremendous amount of their time into this site trying to make it the best it can be.

This user took it upon himself to make accusations about a vendor(who he did not name) when he was not even the customer. I have been personally dealing with the customer directly and vendor who have both resolved to issue on their own. At this point, there is no rip off, no scamming, just a defective part that is being replaced
