How about we get some contrasting font colors on each "type-car" forum. For instance the little section on the X could have some color text, and the section for the 1-9 could have another color text, same with lancer and RA.
I know it would take less than 10 minutes to change, and it would really help people from posting in the wrong forum about 9's and 10's. Just look through all the wrong section posts!

Without trying to be overly negative, I will just say this:

I feel that you are severely underestimating the stupidity of stupid people. The minute you think something is idiot-proof, a better idiot comes along.

It happens on both EvoM and my work. There is no way to make people read the rules/signs. They just come and go as they please. Us moderators are here to clean things up. It's the way of the world.
