I recently updated my email to my home email address which is with att.net. I never received the activation email and had it resent many times but still nothing. Trying to open a support ticket did not work since that link is broken and even using the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page did not work. I finally had to get in touch with boost labs network who re-activated my account.

Apparently there is a backlog of people with att.net activation emails so if you have an att.net email account don't update your email quite yet.

 

If you haven't already, try adding evolutionm.net to your safe list so it's not caught by spam filters.

 

I think this may actually be one step deeper than general spam filters. We may be getting denied at their firewall.
