I have put in both 63 and 196 as the two threads I want to see in the latest thread section.

196 doesnt appear to work, all I get are the ones from 63.

any ideas?

63 = Canadian Forums
196 = 2008+ forums

 

I'm not entirely sure on how the latest threads setup works, but might be because there aren't actually any posts in the 196 forum. Try putting in 197 (the tech sub-forum) and see if that works, or, at worst, each of the sub forums independently.
