Dealer suggestions

I'd like to start this thread to help people find a good dealer in their areas. First off I'd like to warn everyone away from Bellevue Mitsubishi, I got a great price on my car and that's why I bought from them, but... Here are the reasons I would not buy from them:

1.) I bought a brand new Lancer O-Z Rally and off the lot was getting 13 mpg on the HIGHWAY! They have yet to actually resolve this, though due to some of what they call "tuning" it's now around 20 mpg highway, but it should be at 33!!!

2.) About a week after getting the car and when I'm looking at my insurance and the coverages I notice that the VIN on my car is DIFFERENT from the paper work I signed! I've bought 3 cars so far in my life from used and new dealerships and I've never had to question whether I signed the paperwork for the right car!

3.) I called to resolve the issue with the VIN because I know it will cause problems with my loan and with the licensing department for the state of Washington. 2 weeks later they actually get the paper work corrected!!

4.) The knob to adjust the drivers side seat height was missing!!

5.) The paper showing the features of the car detailed it had a security/alarm system, but when I had a friend from Car Toys look at it we found none! So, when we questioned the dealership about this they again lied and told me it had one and when I asked how I could test it if it did indeed have one they said, "break the window, the alarm should go off." What?!!! I finally got this resolved by contacting Mitsubishi directly and then having them conference me in with the General Manager for the area.

6.) I just noticed that there are about 6 spots where the paint is PEELING and FLAKING OFF under the driver's side door. Each spot is about half the size of a dime!!!

7.) To top it all off I now received a notice from Mitsubishi that I have missed a payment!! It turns out they didn't fix the problem with the paperwork and the VIN number mix up, they just had me sign new papers!!! Now supposedly I have 2 cars and have missed a payment on one I don't even have. I have 2 loans with Mitsubishi now!!

8.) Of course my credit is now messed up and though that should be easy enough to resolve it's going to be quite a pain!

In short, everything is fixable but why should anyone have to go through this to get a car? I can say that they gave me a great deal, but...

lawyer

Get a Pro bono lawyer and sue the dealership and go up the chain. By the time its over you could have a few evo's. sorry to say to do that to but they are responsible for your credit problems arent they
