I know that for myself, when I use outlook, you can flag (with different colors) and mark up which emails you have read, which are important, which ones need more attending to than others. I know for vendors and people who constantly have a F/S thread, this method would make attending to a consistantly full inbox a little more easy. I am not sure if this is possible, but I thought I'd run the idea past, and see if others agree or disagree the helpfulness of this idea.

which makes it easier to keep track of things

ok, i was only suggesting this, because I sell things on here an aweful lot, and going through pm's to make sure I've responded to everything becomes a PIA sometimes.
