Account Activation Email not getting delivered...

Account Activation Email not getting delivered...

When I try and update my email address on the site to my new address, the account activation email isn't making it to me. However, when I change it back to my old one, it does get sent.

My new address has been in use for over a year now, I just haven't updated it in my details here. I sent a few test emails and had friends send a few test emails and they are all going through fine.

Can an Admin help me get this updated since the address I have currently listed won't be in use much longer.

The issue sounds like it's on your end/your e-mail provider's end. Have you checked your junkmail folder? Also, try adding the EvoM address to your address book and safe list.

I have everything going to the same email box in the end right now. And no my spam folder is empty. I've sent multiple tests and I'm able to confirm that for whatever reason this site can't get through.
