Question Filtering out certain forums!?

I was just wondering, is there a way I can set certain forums for viewing to reduce clutter and unwanted results. Like if I wanted to NOT view the Lancer forums or the Marketplace for example.
I know I can collapse the forums on the main page, but you end up collapsing so many that it looks cluttered.
Also, can you filter out certain forums in the "New Posts" tab?
Sorry if I'm being picky, I was just wondering if these capabilities exist. Alot of current sites (ex. Yahoo, Youtube) give you the ability to customize the "look" of your homepage.

Ha! That's great! Is that a new feature or something? Never seen that before. Thanks.
