Auto Subscribe on Post

Does poting to a thread no longer auto subscribe you to the thread? Or How do I reenable this?

Check your settings in the options section of the usercp. Maybe email notifications are turned off for you?

Use 'Email Notification' by default?
Using this option emails you whenever someone replies to a thread that you have participated in.
That's been turned on, but lately I have not been getting emails to posts I make, I have been manually subscribing to the threads, PITA. I thought some system wide change was made. If not something changed..

Do not use the Quick Reply if you wish to be automatically subscribed to that thread, the only way you can be automatically subscribed to a thread is if you use the Advanced or traditional way of replying (by clicking "Reply to Post" at the bottom) instead of the Quick Reply.

Ahh that's it then! I started using the quick reply and that would explain it. Anyway to make stick a check box next to the quick reply to subscribe at the same time?

That would be a good idea.
