I'm in the EST timezone, but I have to set in the option my Timezone as GMT-1 instead of GMT-5, to have correct hours... And when I go on the main page, in the right box written "Welcome", the time it's say "last visited" is always wrong, anoyone see this bug also?

 

The server's timezone if completely off. I've tried setting it correctly through SSH with no luck. The thing that sucks is that it is off just enough that I can't correct for it through the admin section of the forums
