Cookie Crumbs linking

Is there a way we can add the same link trail that shows at the top of the page when you are in a post to the bottom. It is a hassle to have to scroll all the way back to the top to browse back into where you were, and a small addition like that should not effect performance or sacling.

Ooo. Good idea. Especially if they work as hyperlinks (for ease of browsing). I hope it's not too much of a hassle, cuz I personally think that's a great idea.

I'm pretty sure there are simple scripts you can just add for that too, but I know precisely dick about coding this stuff and Mark is the vB pimp so I guess we'll see what he says.

you already have them on the top of each thread page, and they are hyperlinks. I was just hoping you could dup that functionality at the bottom of the posts as well.

Not was I was thinking of then. I meant a watermark that would scroll down the page with you. Crap. I need to take a reading comprehension class. Of course you'd be able to toggle it on/off in the User CP.

Mark should be able to add links at hte bottoms of threads real easily. Still a good idea.

the watermark that follows to the bottom of the page is a really easy javascript that almost anyone could implement.. even the code challenged like yourself hobie! and the part that kyperion is talking about should also take but a few mins to do since these pages are probably done in vb or asp..

I'm real good with pseudocode though! I swear! Tis true though. I'm a codetard. I guess we'll see which Mark feels up to doing. (Hopefully one or both.)

I'll copy the top bar down at the bottom right now.

Ok, both the graphic intensive and simpler style should have breadcrumbs on the top and bottom of the the forum list and thread pages.

Hope that helps,

Mark
