What happened to Ryancmd2

Why was/is Ryancmd banned?

He was one of my favorite members who typically brought a fair view to the table. He was also valuable having owned other high performance/exotic cars in the past and offered staunch support for the EVO community.

As a frequent posting member he will be missed!

Any information on the cause?

I believe he received 4 warnings (which equals a ban).

While we are on the subject, I am curious.
I have seen some rotten and stupid postings on here, including many vicious personal attacks.
Generally speaking, just what does someone have to do on here to get a warning ??

1. Break the rules.

2. Be seen by a moderator.

3. The moderator deem it worthy of a warning. As stated by the forum rules it's really up to a moderator's judgement in a lot of cases.

Dont **** off Timzcat he will search through all your posts and follow every one of them- He really get off to it. But I must admit alot of the mods here are here to give advice and keep the boards clean but there are always a few that feel real good bout going overboard.

MP5, you've broken the rules on several occasions. It's like getting pulled over going 85 in a 55. If you get it ticket it's because of something you did, not because the cop is an *******.

If you're serious about becoming a moderator it's something you're going to have to learn.

I take responsibility for the things Ive done especially speeding but after Ive been pulled over I dont expect the cop to follow me for the next 40 miles trying ta assert authority and intimidation just like I dont expect a pull up of previous threads to "go back" and punish. I agree with you Hobie but applying your knowledge of my mod request here in this context is low bro

I'm sure he didn't do that. Just don't act up and you won't have any problems in the future. Also, I would suggest removing that text from your "Drives", as that is definitely not helping your case.

OK thanks. But really, banning a guy is nothing more than blocking that particular userid.
There really isn't much you can do to stop a banned person from just getting another is there??
Particularly if they come back and change their writing style so no pattern is picked up.
