If Vivid is the middle man you know you are screwed lolrof. Why do people not do there homework, stop payment after 30 days why wait 120 days, **** I could carry them across the US in that time frame.

 

i did homework and am not positive that vivid is middleman. the original qoute was 90 days this is pretty standard for volk wheels coming from japan on backorder. so i wouldn't be able to stop payment in 30 days if i was to receive wheels in 90 days. yeah from what i understand its pretty common for vivid to screw people i wouldn't know as i have never dealt with them personally.

 

Well, you can still contact you credit card company, if you used a CC, and tell them you never got your item and put it in dispute.

 

I would call the CC company stop payment on that order and find a good vendor. You know there are more vendors then some of the ****ty ones here. I am not saying all here are bad but over 50% of them suck and have the smoke in mirrors going on.

The vendor is me. I am more than willing to work this out with asasin79 but have been out of the office for a while due to some serious personal issues. Like I said , I will deal with asasin79. In a nutshell , I lost 10K from a distributor that went out of business and DRC Imports is in SERIOUS financial ruins with hopes of securing some capital to get the company up and running again in the Spring of 04. asasin79 , I apologize for seeming like I am not willing to work with you by not replying to your emails but you kinda know me personally and should know that I would not have fun at your expense. I am basically broke and trying my damnest just to feed my child. I am going after the owner of the company that took my 10K so that I can get a few people their money back. I trusted a scam artist of a comapny and got burned. It has put me out of business for the time being until I can build capital to ensure this doesn't happen again. I am more than willing to work woth you bro , you know me better than this. I have been through ALOT of major **** lately but nothing would make me rip a customer off. I'll get on aim or yahoo mess. this week looking for you to discuss this further. Thanks and I am VERY SORRY .
