From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Not seeing any server issues on my end.
Sounds more like a virus/malware on your computer. Have you run a full sweep with a good program?

It is becuase of all the interactive ads on this site.
I don't have any scroling issues at all on any other site I use.
Watch Hulu 480 on it all the time, surf the web.
All I can come up with is all the moving ads must be cuasing it.
I use IE as well.
I didn't even check to see what ad it was, but first thing this morning when I clicked on Lancer market place it poped up a new window with a ad in it.
I did what I normaly do, which is to close it right away.
If it does happen again I will let you know what ad it is.
And just to hammer a nail to death;
The way ak47po describes it is perfect, it's just not smooth at all anymore.
There are 3 or more moving ads on most pages and the "ads by google" ads that take up my entire 1080P monitor on the top of the page right below the header are agrivating as well.
Have to scroll down an entire page to get to the forum.

google chrome FTW.
and for a good malware/spyware/ etc scanner, use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
ive fixed over 1,500 computers in just 2010 and recently started using that program
and im very impressed with it. i used to just use manually msconfig / services and registry
and find all viruses in safe mode and remove them, but this prog is very legit.

I'll give you Google Chrome, it does run 5 times smoother in it.
Already had it installed, just never really use it.
lol i kinda over exagerated on that 1500 number. i fix about 2 a day, sometimes only 1.. so probably around 450-500.
google chrome is great though, i love how it handles multiple tabs and doesnt really lag. some java scripts will still get through it tho.

OK, here's a new take on the misformatted ad issue. Now for the second time I've had a horizontal ad show up in my right-hand ad bar. This causes the content section to be crammed into the left half of the screen. Here's the offending URL: http://pixel.quantserve.com/r;a%3Dp-...7533.232822304

I havent had any ad problems here. Have you checked and see if your pop up blocker has stopped working? Not saying that Evom has and popups but sometimes adware and other forms of popups have a way of making it into your registry and popping up at random
