I know this happens many times, not sure if there is a way to change this or not but when an unhappy buyer leaves negative feedback for the seller or scammer in many cases, that person then leaves bogus negative feedback for the buyer just because they left negative feedback for them. (hope that makes sense lol)

I feel the buyer or rather anyone shouldn't be penalized so to speak for leaving negative feedback.
Just an observation I've made as of late.
