I noticed on EvoX there HOW TO section is very neat and easy to scroll through since they have the correct and clear how to's converted to PDF . Then sticky them this way the ones that are clearly helpful stay on top at all times. However, they lock the threads which may not be a good idea because then people can't post there questions in that how to and start a new thread which causes unnecessary threads.

-All correct and clear how to threads should be a sticky
-Possibly make them PDF if not its not then end of the world
