Gaaah! I'm going to blow a gasket! Every time I load a new page on this site (love this site, BTW) it reloads a seperate window for Instant Messaging. I've looked through my Profile and Settings and can't find a way to turn it off. Please help.

yes, i've had the same problem. pretty easy to fix. Use Private messages instead of instant messages heh, that's what i do. also, you could PM KK(mark) and let him know what's going on.

 

actually the cause of that is because you are more than likely closing the window with the X in the corner... what you need to do is click the button that says END, this will tell the server you have seen the IM and dont need to be bothered with it again.

Yeah, to close the im window for good you should click the end button, otherwise the system will think you haven't read it yet and refresh or pop a new window.

There no option to turn im's off right now.
