Glad you posted all my personal information on a public forum... awesome. Anyway this issue has been resolved. The item got lost during shipping. I have refunded 75% of his cost and i'm still at loss. It was never meant to be a scam and i've sold quite a few things on this forum without any problems.

Failure to ensure good communication will quickly get you labeled as a scammer. The fact that you're "at a loss" still doesn't let you off the hook. There's a chance that you never shipped it, but now that you're being called out you're saying that it was lost and you're having to pay for the shipping company's mistake out of your own pocket. There's plenty of scammers out there that play the odds on this every day. The Nigerian email fraud is a perfect example.

With numerous transactions on EvoM, you should know this. Don't act naive.

......as of to date I have still heard nothing and am still short $130.

The lack of cummunication paints a different story. It takes a couple minutes to respond to someone, to remove doubt. If not for the OP generating this thread, you would still think you got away with it.

As I mention in my concise guide to EvoM (see my sig - most of which applies to all car forums), most "scams" are really "bad communications". If you're selling something and have someone's money, keep them up to date. I don't care how busy a person is, they can make 5 minutes to write a quick PM saying what's going on. Most of the issues we deal with are one side not communicating well.

And if you're shipping anything of consequence, use a service that offers online tracking. Saving a few bucks on shipping and not having any recourse if it never shows up? Not a good trade off.
