Violations

Just wanted to know do you guys have a rule that after a certain amount of months years etc that you have a violation it can be wiped from your account?

I got 2 violations because I posted a topic about which one would win an evo, turbo lancer, or a gt mustang and a mod thought I was talking about street racing when I was curious about which one had the capability to deliver the best results. I apologized for what I did but I really didn't even know what I did. But everyone on our lancer thread mentions about racing other people and I happened to get in trouble for it...

Private
Reason: Illegal Activities on Street (Racing, speed, moving violations)

The second one was doding private classifieds. Yes this one was my fault I didnt read the rules first lol

But am I wrong for the first one?

just curious because someone could make a simple mistake and never have a clean slate when they do apply the rules. Just wanted to know your standards

They stay with you, but when giving infractions we look at your history and make judgment calls based on how old they are and how frequently it happens
