Is there a way I can switch over to logging in normally (vs using the facebook log in)but keep all my information the same? I don't want to lose all my PMs, post count and name. I log in right now using the facebook button but it keeps trying to post stuff to my wall and not everyone needs to know every time I post a reply.

I deleted the EvoM app from facebook but it tries to add it back every single time I log in. I'd rather just use a normal log in now!
