It got moved to OT, after originally being in Evo General. For reference:
The thread wasn't technical, wasn't a rumor, and was definately related to the Evo. It wasn't a flame fest, and had some good discussion about what was needed to solve the thread creator's "problem".
So what about it merits it getting shipped off to Off-Topic?
