when i click a link it goes to the page i see a link i'm about to click but then

that pop's up a second later which drops the whole forum down one line and i miss click what i'm actually trying to click.. it's SOOOO anoying to have to wait untill that

is there a way to have it load everything at once insted of having the "notices" be delayed by a second or so..
