Links in Signatures

Links in Signatures
Did the rules for signatures change? I have a link in my signature that I'm trying to get to say something else. It's the link to my Mapping it Out thread in the EvoM Banner Relay area. I want it to say:
Want to see the EvoM Mascot and sign the EvoM Banner? See Here
And have the "Here" be a link to the thread instead of having the url below it. Any help would be appreciated.

Nothing has changed...the URL is within the beginning tag, the text you want to display is in between the beginning and ending tags.
I changed the U in URL to a V so you can see the code.
