I have not been able to access the forums using the IB Auto group app for a few weeks now. I am assuming that the app is just rendering the HTML for the forums but is reporting connectivity error (ODBC connection?). You may not support the app directly but hoping you guys might be able to shed light and/or possibly resolve?

If you've been getting that error for a number of weeks, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, on our phones it seems to be working without any problems.

If you continue to have the same problem after a reinstall, please PM me and I'll chat with the tech team and see what's what.

 

- Nailed it - as always with IT, the simplest solution is usually the best - just sad I didnt think to do that first. Thanks guys, appreciate the quick resposne and sanity check.

 

Been getting this error for weeks now when I click on any subscribed thread. I have deleted the app and re installed with the same issue. Any suggestions?
