Why does the printable version (at the bottom of the posts) do not show images that are part of the actual post. Several times I tried to print a thread that has images in it but I can't.

In the regular thread view, the formatting is way off and the text gets cut off on the right hand side. In the printable view, I get all the text but no images. In most cases, the images are important as they are diagrams and show instructions.

Is there any way to have a printable version with images?

 

The function is a built-in function of vBulletin. I don't know if the update would address this, but I think this is another issue we should revisit (believe me I'm sympathetic) once everything's upgraded. I think it may have to do with image size/resizing.

 

The few times I've done the printable versions, it works for me.
