I don't think 5 or 6 guys will be prob. I'm from Victoria, but I know that many in the Austin area. I'll make some calls tonight and Friday to see if we can get something together for next weekend. Let's keep each other posted.

No I haven't either. There has been some discussion about forming a chapter of NTEC here though. Jason from NTEC tried to convince Imurturbolova, Chris, about putting something together. What do you think?

i use to be in a nismo club here in austin when i had my nissan. we didnt do much, just a meet like twice a week at protech and grab a bite. its fun stuff! i think we should try to get something small together, like meeting somewhere and driving out to the albertsons. see how many people we can get in on that and go from there.

Thanks, Jason. I wonder if it would even be worth the time for a site. There aren't but a few of us here and I am in contact with most of them quite frequently. I'm not sure what it is about Austin and it's 'antiestablishment' frame of mind.

I plan on being out there this Saturday. Would anyone be interested in a dyno day at MZM and Hill Country drive the next weekend, 11/13?

Come on guys! How about getting off your a$$'s and start showing a little unity. I've called MZM and have tentatively set up a dyno day at the shop for November 13. My thoughts are we meet early for breakfast, head over to the shop to do some pulls on the dyno ($50.00 for 2 runs), map out an afternoon run thru somebody's favorite stretch of road, meet over at the "Y" at around 7:00 and finish off the evening with some dinner and a drink. Did something similar in Dallas awhile back and everyone had a great time. That chapter of NTEC had about 20 or so Evo's come out to play.

Let's go Austin Evo owners, loosen up a little and try to enjoy your car!!!!
