I got the new wheels for my Evo last week and took them out to Mineral Wells for the last ER autocross of the season. I purchases a set of 17x9 Enkie RPM2 wheels with Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3s from Discount Tire. They pretty much matched tire rack's price so it didn't break the bank (had enough left over for a swaybar).

The goodyears seem to be decent. A few tests indicate that they hold nearly as well as the Advans (or I don't push the advans hard enough).

5 MegaPixel camera + lazy user = lots of wasted bandwidth.

I have gotten a lot of complements on the wheels. The bad thing is that those are for Autocross days. The stock wheels are for daily use.
