i need people not just to view my previous post on NTB, to to reply to. in this way, we can control these situations, not just let them happen. i want to send that thread ("NTB=Not To Buy") to the Regional Manager in an e=mail. right now they're blowing me off, "Let me look into it...oh those aluminum wheels are so easy to damage no one will work on them anymore..."
please reply, especialy in the South region, in a negative way, much as you must be thinking, afterall, if it was your tires stolen, your wheel damaged, you would want this kind of support.
