Great News!
I just found out some info-
If you have an 03 or newer vehicle with less than 24K on the miles, you can get it inspected with out the OBDII plug in and PASS!
Of course we we know that running an AEM, MoTec, etc engine mgmt will by pass the OEM computer which makes it impossible to get corect number with the result of having a NON street legal car.
Friends I am here to say that MY car passed inspection because of the clause in the states rules. Call me stupid ( please dont ) but I am good to go for another year! BONUS, even did it in the country I live in! I LOVE THIS COUNTRY ( said with a middle eastern slurr!! )
