Yea, put the new cams in yesterday. I ended up going with the GSC 272/264 set-up. Man what a difference.

Any tuning? Did you end up going to MZM? I'd heard thru the grapevine that "someone" was hot to get his cams in!

I did the Turbo Trix mail in reflash. I have been using them for all of my tuning on the car. The custom flash they did in Dallas produced close to 300 WHP. I can only guess what I am putting down now. The car is a whole different animal. Major difference, should be fun to see what it will do at the track. I was going to have MZM put the cams in, but they wanted over $600 to put them in. They said they did not have the tension tool to remove the timing belt to make the install easier(Cheaper). I had them done over a Precision R for $250. William has done work on my car before and I have always been satified with his work. It is amazing how well the car idles. Just a nice loppy idle with no stalling.

D,

You may want to PM Zeus. I am pretty sure he does clutch installs. He was actually going to install my cams, but I had to change my day off at the last minute. He seems like a great guy. He was going to charge the same as Precision R. I don't know to much about topnotch. I would becarefull on who installs your clutch. They could do a lot of damage if they do not know what they are doing.

Looks like I'll run it a few times, don't really have a helmet so I'll be pushing my luck with the track officials. Have any of the Power fc guys figured out how to get the Apexi solenoid to actually work? Kills me to see such a nice engine management system in the cars and have them still run a mbc... This is a serious question btw, not poking fun.

O.K. Blitz, you got me. What's a "joep"?

Josh I'm sporting the Power FC, but using a Geddy Profec B Spec II. Never considered a MBC.

Was talking about a friends car that I had to help put back right the other day, he invested in the Apexi Power FC and the Apexi boost solenoid to go with it yet has had severe complications with it, curious if any of you guys have made it work yet...

edit: Currently trying to track down some Hello Kitty stickers and am I really being called a poser?
