It was great last night.

I say next time we do a track day, let's meet at the track when they open on Wednesday (6 I think). Bob (Whoosh) and I have been there a few times on Wednesday night and you can just do laps down the track.

We can spring for some BBQ or Pizza or something.

Also, congrats to Bob on running in the 12s, 12.7!

Great meet! Next time why don't we do it on a Sunday afternoon when SA Sports Car Assoc. is having one of their autocrosses at the Verizon Amphitheater? Then, if anyone wants to do fun runs when the day is over, it's only a dollar a lap. Great way to have fun in your car and not fry up the clutch either.

Don't forget that April 17th, Spokes is having an autocross the SAR parking lot.

I had a great time meeting the San Antonio guys. I also realized I need to practice launching my car.

Ran once with a boost leak that had eluded me, didn't see much sense in going again, was already late for other plans. Hope everyone's car came out ok. Best quote of the night at the track was "Do all evo's come with the MR color strut tower bar?"

 

Lol.. yeah.. that **** was funny.. Well it was nice to meet some of you and put some faces with names finally. Sorry I couldn't get my evo out for the evening, but don't you fret, the motor is finished and will be gracing the streets in the not too distant future. mwaahahaha
