I saw the Burj while I was there, but only from a distance. Our ship went right by those palm shaped islands though. That was cool. I wish I could of spent more than 12 hours there.

 

im still here, currently deployed to Okinawa until may. I'll be at all the autox events in the area and to open track days in the surrounding areas when i return

wooo, congrats!!!!!! i am not sure if i will find the time to make it out to the track there, but i would like to go out there and at least do some carting. when i was in houston last year for tx2k i went carting at their indoor place and it was AWESOME

I did some karting in San Diego at K1 Speed and it was ridiculous. A lot of fun and when you're in them the damn things feel so fast!
