Folks, I promise you that I'm not the forum police, but please start your own thread when you want to get this far off topic. Everyone ends up having to read through all the posts that have nothing to do with the next meet just to find out what's happening.

oh wait you can't buy that kinda speed. j/j. We looking to go up the northwest side like 16(bandera lots o' little side roads like 337) to kerrville or more like the canyon lake area? I know 16 to kerrville is a very cool on the bike. If we go up 16 to kerrville we can either come back using i10 or back down 16(my preference). there are plenty places to eat before the ride. like rudy's on 151 or somewhere like that.

O.K. So let's get it started. I've been talking with j8 about the upcoming meet on the 7th and there are several things that we would like to offer everyone in the group. They include discounts on parts (oem and aftermarket) as well as tuning and dyno discounts. Hope everyone gets behind this!
For the Hill Country drive we will need a lead and someone to follow the group. This ensures that if anyone breaks they are not left behind. Obviously, the person most familiar with the route should take the lead and the car in the rear can change at every stop along the way (that way no one will get bored back there). I would also like to suggest that we all exchange cell #'s so that we may aggravate each other along the way! HeHe
Whoever is calling the shots on the route, speak now or forever hold you peace (piece?).

i suggested some routes but if someone knows the roads out near san marcos to canyon. IMO that'd be a better place to cruise if we're meeting people from austin. any other suggestions?
Assuming my car is running, I don't have any problem being the tail car for drives.. I am a pokey driver anyways and am sure I can catch up with anyone on the drive if the need occurs.. hehe
