I'm about to leave on the fricking 400 mile drive Where is a good place in Houstion to get unleaded race gas? I dont have to have it, but I like to run a mix with pump for an added safety margin.

 

Great meeting all of you this weekend. I made it safely to the relative's in Houstion despite the weather.

The ruts on 6 and the road work in Houston + the rain + my tires were quite an experience.

Amen on the ruts. I was wondering how everyone could be driving so fast without wrecking, until I came upon the tail end of whatever heinous wreck had Hwy 6 shut down.

It was good meeting Scotty and having lowness come out for his first time and having the other three TWS semi-regulars together for the first time. 5 Evos in all! And 4 of us were in the same run group!

But it was still kind of a bummer that there were more Taurus SHOs than Evos.

The major bummer was being rained out on Sunday, though.

But, hey, and weekend where the cars go home in one piece is ultimately a good one.

(Except for that one Vette, of course. But he's always been an accident waiting to happen. And he finally happened.)
