Clutch install in North Austin on Saturday
I'm going to be installing a clutch on Saturday the 8th. Thought I would throw it out here in case anyone wants to stop in for a bit. I've got a helper or two on hand already, but I thought some other folks might be contemplating a clutch install and might be interested in dropping in and seeing how it goes, or, you might just be curious exactly how many cuss words an ex-sailor can really string together, either way, everyone is welcome.
Heck, I’ll have some spare jack stands, the air compressor will be up and running and all my tools lying about, so you’re welcome to stop by and use them.
Also, given that I’m doing the clutch, I have a gallon or so of Diaqueen on hand. I’d be willing to sell a bit of it if anyone needs to change the transfer case oil and wants to use the OEM stuff. The slope of the driveway works pretty well, you can jack the end of the car up to level and drain and fill with ease.
