anybody know any evo friendly shops around the dallas-ft. worth area. i just moved to this area, so im kinda lost. i'm in denton. i need to get my vacuum lines checked and/or replaced...my car is seeing only 10 lbs. of boost. i'm thinking it's a generic vacuum hose put in place of the factory one with pills...used car hassles.

 

Did you check all your hose yourself yet?

 

i think you can get the whole set from the dealership for like $30.

 

Off Topic, but why in your info on the side, do you say "04 evo" but in your sig you say "03 evo" ??

 

no need to take it to a shop... just replace it yourself its not too bad

 

im thinking im going to do it myself...just need to know which one it is. as far as future modifications (cams/cam gears)...i will need someone to professionally do it.

 

Sounds like one of the boost control lines is not connected. If you had a leak big enough to loose that much boost you would know it. The car would likely not run properly...depending on the location of the leak.
