trying to get Al (Dynoflash) to come to S Texas. interested?

I have a IX and am interested in getting Al to come tune in person. Who in Austin / San Antonio is interested in him coming. Would he arrange for the Dyno or do we have to arrange for the Dyno rental? We need 5 confirmed people for him to come.

Good luck trying to find a dyno that he can use in Austin. There are no AWD drive dynos in San Antonio and the only one that I know of in Austin doesn't rent out to tuners so you're going to have to go with a road tune........

I dont think we have to arrange for the Dyno but that's a good point. As far as Houston goes.. I didnt initially post this for Houston but it's just as far as Austin from me so count me in for either location. If we did Austin we could just road tune which some tuners prefer to the Dyno anyhow.

I tried to get Al to come out to the Houston area but i ended up getting no responses from him at all (tried e-mail, 3 PM's and even made a post in his forum). I then contacted Mark at TurboTrix racing and he is more than willing to come down and tune our cars. I made a thread on it in the TurboTrix Forum, if you are interested post up some info so we can get this done. We are looking at early to mid Feb to do this we just have to decide on a place for dyno time.

Probably because he is so loved in Texas and decided to give on his usual quality of customer service.

That hasnt been my experience at all. Al has returned all of my PM's and I've spoken with him on the phone. I've heard good things about TurboTrix as well. Good luck with your tune. I dont want to be rude but if you feel the need to complain about Al please create your own thread.

in the meantime it looks like we have the following people who have showed interest in a Houston day. Houston works fine for me. We need a couple more people. Post up if you are seriously interested and are ready to make a deposit. Shooting for early feb.

1. Mr. Evo IX (EvoIX)
2. Fire-Ballz (EvoIX)
3. Evo Big 16G (EvoVIII)
4. DubIX (EvoIX)
5. 05REDEVO (EvoVIII)

You know i'm in! I'm in SA, so Austin or Houston is fine. I don't care as long as I get it done! That makes 4 confirmed...

As I posted earlier in the Dynoflash forum, if the TT thing falls through you can count me in. I know you posted early Feb but how about a exact date on when this will be done? Also whats the location going to be?

Al has the first 2 weekends in Feb open. I guess everyone should post their preference. I dont have one. Either weekend works for me.
