So who is going from san antonio? Me and a couple friends are going to go up maybe saturday morning early like 3-4am. No real plans for a hotel because it's like $100+ for 1 bed for 1 night anywhere within like 40 miles. I might just sleep in the evo or camp on the beach? IS it legal to camp on the beach in texas i know there are certain places you can't camp but anyone know where we can?

 

I would love to go man, but I'm too busy and it's too far. Its gonna be huge! I've slept on the beach on Padre several times. Just dig a little grave-like bed to help keep the whipping sand off you. Never had any problems with cops. Hope you have fun and take a lot of pics to post!
