Yup, that cobra was a damn beast. I still can't believe I had her at 1000 by .2, then she GAINED .3 on me in the last 320. Unbelievable. Her 121 trap makes my 113 seem crappy. But still she ran 12.28 against my 12.30, so given that hellacious trap I only lost by .02. But, I will see her @ss again!

Sorry for skatin out like that, but on the last run I was slippin. 3 & 4 came way too early and I was bouncin off the rev limiter at the end with a trap of 107. I started freakin out thinkin I was experiencing deja vu! Not again!!!!!!!!

Yah man my little brother was out with my car his best of the night was a 12.61 @ 110.16 with a 60 ft of 1.82. He did well for a car he only drives once in a while and has only launched at the track b4. Next time ill be out with my car and crushing those 1.6's (so i say). My brother said he talked to many people out there and to all of u who showed him a good time and were welcoming him in to the community i thank u. I consider him my twin even if he is 5 yrs younger then me. Robert thx again for letting him roll out with u. I dont know the cobra u talk of since i wasnt there but he has a slip from a cobra running 12.12 @ 114.68 on some nitto dr's. J8 if u talked to my bro chime in. U r someone iam still looking foward to meeting as u r very helpful around evom even thought u r on the dark side now (srt4)

 

Did not have a chance to really talk to your brother. He did a damn good job running your car considering he has little time behind the wheel. Those are some healthy trap speeds. Robert said he was planning on heading out in a few weeks after he gets his maps set-up on his car. You should come out next time. We still need to find a track that offers roll racing. That way I may have a chance.

 

Scared of the SRT-4 That's a good one. Well, not yet at least...Not till your stage 3 comes. No, I didn't slip on the way home. I took it easy, nothing above 3k. Scared the crap outta me, though! I thought I just burnt another d@mn clutch! And the alky kit's gonna have to wait a couple of months. That'll give you a chance to catch up

 

I won't lie like others and say it was pump. I mixed in 2 gallons of 109 and cranked up the boost to 25. I love the way it runs with that much boost. Real smooth throughout. That's why alky is next.

 

I leaned mine out a bunch for my last run and got a 12.5 at 114 but it was still pig rich. I should have my o2 in next week and get a better tune.

 

yah most people out there run race gas. My brother was on pump gas @ 1.55 bar but i could run 100 oct and run 1.75 bar wich i would like to do on my trip out

 

I love a challenge. Remember last time we raced I had a huge boost leak. All fixed now. I think you are under estimating the little SRT-4. I was spinning thru 2nd into 3rd and still was trapping 106 with 10:1 A/F. By the way S3 is not far away at this point. I just need a clutch and throttle body to complete my basic mod list, then the new snail goes in.

 

Wow, I thought he was on race gas. That is an awsome trap speed for pump gas. You should be in the high 11's with a great launch.

 

I too love the 25 psi feeling. I should be able to come out soon enough and join you guys. I'm still trying to finish up on some supporting mods. I haven't been to the track since I obtained my much needed driver mod either, so i'm pretty excited.
