I've seen a black Evo several times now up in the Cedar Park area. Once on Cypress Creek road and twice on Lakeline Blvd. heading towards 183. The two Lakeline sightings were both this week in the morning, and this morning the driver waved. I'm assuming it's all the same car... just wondering if the driver reads these boards.
