A while back I posted that dealers here in DFW are not competative enough on the prices for the IX and we are all being forced to buy from Cali. Lucky for me, you heard my cries and got me in touch with Don Herring Jr. who runs the Irving branch for Don Herring Mitsu. Needless to say, I got top dollar for my 2003 TB VIII and I purchased a GG IX MR.
Let me be the first to say that I did the math. If you buy one in Cali, you have to pay for shipping and taxes. That below invoice price ends up not being so good. By getting a great deal on my trade I saved on the tax. I only had to pay for the difference. I also recieved a well below MSRP price tag on the MR.
Hats off to Don Herring Jr. and the staff that crunched the numbers until I was happy. Thanks Mike Wassel for being an up front sales guy.

I bought my SSL from Mike Wassel @ Don Herring Irving a year ago.. I was in and out in like 45 minutes.. He even drove me to the auto parts store to buy some headlight bulbs for my trade-in.. which had HIDs and I wanted to keep them.
