PhoenixEvo, I was the guy who randomly talked to you while you were returning from your pass against the red evo9. Thanks for taking the time and telling me about your car. It's a very nice ride you have there.

 

As far as talking to u, sure man no problem or any other evo owner at anytime i am always willing and ready to talk cars. My cars best time (not that night) on pump is a 12.5 @110.4 but i know i can beat that. I havent got a chance to run race gas at the track, i wanted to that night but i filled up the night b4 and the drive from austin to SAR i was unable to waste enough gas!!! But the evo 9 (wich dynod as much as me.. i was like 1-2 hp more and same tq) was on race gas that night and it was a bit humid. He pump in race gas but didnt up the boost and he still ran 12.5's all night at 112.5mph with a 6speed. I so wish i was on race gas that night grrrr. So let me take a second to say PAUL, (evo 9 driver) good work that night man. It was his first time to the track in anycar and he pulled low 1.8's and a 1.7 60's.

I have seen your car pull some great times without race gas. It would have been a little faster if it was not hot and humid that night.
