Can someone please post directions to get to 1431 from riverside/benwhite 71

 

Hey SlowCar,

Easiest way would be 71 to Mopac. Go north to Parmer and then west on Parmer to 1431. You could also take I35 to Parmer as well. Just called Devo330. He is coming down from Dallas and we're going to hook up to go to 1431 tonight. I think he sent you a pm as well.

1431 seems to be where they all go... it's like a 30 minute drive from Austin. I think I could get there just as fast from Killeen.

Are any of you guys going to try to make it to Don Herring track day on 1 July in Dallas? It seems I'm the only one signed up from this area.

" Well if u didnt see your original thread, i work right by where u live and if u r evo is silver i seen u right by my work, i even waved but i dont think u seen me. Either way Ill be heading out to the 1431 meet as normal this weekend so if u want to meet up send me a pm. From riverside it will be like 40 min drive to the 1431 meet.

Ohh then it wasnt u i saw. But yah i work on riverside and benwhite. Also if u r into car meets .... man do i know of one of the best meets around. Its a local car club in austin, mostly exotics.... ferrari's, lambo's, lotus, vipers, vettes, and so on and so forth. If u have a sports car u r allowed to join this car club. Its mostly older mature people who r out to enjoy nice scenic drives with twists and turns... We dont condone "street racing" but sometimes when we go on drives these high hp cars "accidently" apply too much power and it makes for good fun. We meet once a month and go on about an hour drive with 60 + cars everytime, then we eat chill and drive back. Mostly we backroads out and highway back. GOOD times... send me a pm if u r interested. Ps so... have u seen the kids who hang out at the benwhite wendy's @ 12 or later every saturday night? Those r some crazy *** ricer racers. One just driving past there at midnight i had 3 of them chase me down to try and race me... but still good fun to stop in and look and laugh since u r so close... who knows they actaully might have some fast cars...
