Mitsubishi Scan Tool
I'm having a lot of trouble with my electrical system. See this thread:

Most of the troubleshooting guides in the Service Manual for each of the items that I have listed begin with performing the "ETACS-ECU COMM" check, which requires the Mitsubishi Scan Tool.
Anyone in the DFW area have one of these? Or should I just take it to the dealer (last resort)?
